  Professional Engineers Ontario (PEO) and the Coalition for Access to Professional Engineers (CAPE) established a joint committee that produced an arm's-length appeal process for applicants. Their report, An Admissions Appeal Process for Professional Engineers Ontario: Rationale, Guiding Principles, Proposed Practices and Benefits will be of use to all regulators seeking to establish an appeal system for internationally trained applicants (see http://www.peo.on.ca/registration/Admission_appeal_process.pdf).
